Cancelation Policy 

Cancellations must be made no later than 24 hours before the agreed time via our online booking system or by phone +45 22 35 61 62 (SMS). In case of late cancelation, you will be charged 70% of the planned treatment price. If you do not attend a treatment without cancelling, we will charge 100% of the treatment price. Payment must be made via MobilePay on the same day and within the clinic’s opening hours. 

If you are late, it may result in a shorter treatment time than planned. Should you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we cannot guarantee that we will provide the service. If we have time, we complete the treatment as usual. However, if due to your late arrival, the treatment cannot be carried out, you will be charged 70% of the price for the agreed appointment.
